Hex Trap Bar 25mm

Add variety to your strength routine with the Hex Trap Bar 25mm. Its hexagonal frame lets you stand inside the bar, with handles at your sides for a neutral grip during deadlifts, shrugs and loaded carries.

• Hexagonal design: Positions the lifter inside the frame rather than behind a straight bar.
• Side handles: Offer a palms-in grip for controlled lifting.
• Raised handles: Provide an alternative grip position for your workouts.
• 25 mm loading ends: Designed for compatible standard weight plates. Check plate-hole fit before use; this is not a 50 mm Olympic bar.
• Versatile training: Suitable for trap-bar deadlifts, shrugs and farmer's carries.
